About

For as far back as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed telling stories. It’s what led me into a career in news, where I could write about different topics every day, finding the right way to relay information to the audience at home.

After a decade of working in local and national newsrooms, I returned to my roots in community media, where I led a small center, helping to cover important events and people. It was there that I picked up additional video and editing skills, while also developing close personal connections inside the community.

My latest career stop is working communications in hospice. I write stories and produce videos with our patients and staff, educating the public about the hospice experience. It is very rewarding work.

This project builds off of all those experiences, with the goal of telling personal stories to a close-knit audience. These videos can be treasured immediately after recording them, or years from now, when you’re looking to relive an old family story or perhaps hear from a voice that is no longer there.

Originally from Wilmington, I now live in Reading with my wife and two boys. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
